Mackenzie Glander grew up in West Africa in an expatriate family and worked overseas as an educator, starting programs in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as the U.S. and Switzerland.  With involvement in numerous non-profit agencies, she understands the realities under which they operate, and she is passionate about supporting non-profits so they can focus on their goals.  She is currently working on a PhD in Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University.
